- Lead the implementation of digital HR solutions, including HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ATS (Applicant Tracking System), LMS (Learning Management System), and other relevant tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR technology with existing systems.
- Collaborate with HR leaders, Digital teams, and other business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with user needs.
- Working with vendors/development and support teams to configure and customize HR systems to align with organizational requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest features and functionalities of HR technology platforms to optimize system usage.
- Support with training sessions for HR and other relevant teams on the effective use of HR technology platforms.
- Offer ongoing support to users, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Manage integrations between HR systems and other business applications.
- Ensure a seamless flow of data and information across various platforms.
- Stay informed about HR technology compliance standards and ensure that systems meet regulatory requirements.
- Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive HR data.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed to support development and delivery of HR systems.
- General understanding of the HR Domain and systems used within HR
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders at different levels of seniority
- Able to work both in a team (as member and/or leader) and independently, to deliver results
- Good attention to detail and an ability to analyse and use data in decision making.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to balance competing priorities
- Experience identifying, diagnosing and resolving issues independently; will take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances
