- Develop and implement the Health and Safety strategy across the sites
- You will be a handson leader, understanding where you can make an immediate impact and what the longterm goals will be
- You will drive cultural change, bringing HSE to the forefront
- Coaching, managing and developing various senior stakeholders will be essential
- Ensure standards are met and continually improved upon
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Development of safety team
- Must have experience of working within highrisk manufacturing or engineering environments
- NEBOSH Diploma or NCRQ equivalent
- CMIOSH would be desirable
- Knowledge of LOLER and COSHH
- Knowledge of management systems of ISO 14001, 45001
- Proven leadership skills the ability to engage at all levels is vital
- Personality, influencing skills and engagement are crucial
