    The BFI is looking for a Senior Production Coordinator (Film Programme) to coordinate and deliver the Production programme for the BFI London Film Festival 2024.

    BFI London Film Festival (LFF) runs an Industry & Professional Programme of screenings, events, networking and informal marketplace for around 3,500 film industry professionals alongside the main public festival.

    Fixed-term contract: Coordinate production planning and logistical delivery of the LFF general programme cinema presentations, team deployment and operations at partner venues and ad hoc high-level talent logistics and security requirements at non-Headline Gala venues.

    Support the Senior Production Manager in maintaining significant Local Authority, film industry and partner venue relationships.

    Appoint and manage a team of temporary staff responsible for logistical planning and delivery of the Festival's Venue Production and Volunteer Programme to an exemplary standard.

    A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a film festival environment or related cultural industry
    Significant demonstrable experience in event-production, with the ability to manage resources ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget
    Experience of people management, including recruitment, supervision and training
