- Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of the business performance both internally and to Central Finance
- To support the month end process, ensuring process is robust and efficient with a clear understanding of all variances and balance sheet reconciliations are accurate with supporting documentation
- Supporting the generation of the operational elements of the rolling forecast/budget
- Support the year end stock count audit
- Attend meetings to understand potential new business
- Review costing proposals with the central costings team
- Ensure that the business systems are operating and being used effectively & efficiently, and the integrity of the information held with is maintained to a high standard
- To co-ordinate and communicate with group functions and external parties as required
- Support the Finance manager in the day-to-day management of the Finance Team, with one direct report
- Experienced in risk analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Excellent numerical skills with a good understanding of all elements of the P&L
- Ability to analyse and communicate financial information to non-financial personnel, providing recommendations and guidance where necessary.
- Competent in computer literacy including Excel & Power Point
- Highly numerical/analytical and strong problem solving skills
- A continuous improvement mindset with drive to continually improve processes
