    Description
    Salary - Competitive plus 15% bonus plus Veolia benefits

    Location - Veolia, Four Ashes, Energy Recovery Facility

    Hours - 40 hours per week, working a rotating shift pattern that includes weekends and Public Holidays

    Provide technical supervision and assistance where necessary for company and contract staff engaged in work at the ERF.
    Provide effective training and monitoring of shift staff
    Provide effective administration and application of safe systems of work and Health and Safety policies.
    Liaise with other companies' staff as required to provide efficient work scheduling and planning to ensure minimum turnaround times during plant outages

    An experienced Shift Team Leader ideally having completed a recognised Engineering Qualification/Operational Training course. Experience of leading a shift team and shift working in a continuous process operation preferably on steam generating equipment. Waste incineration experience is desirable.
    Experience as a Senior Authorised Person / Control Person
    To have worked on a shift rota previously and understand the demands this has.
