    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in desktop systems, cloud services, infrastructure technologies, scripting/coding, and networking and is responsible to ensure effective deployment, maintenance, and support of our IT infrastructure.


    Experience with Desktop Systems:
    Proficiency in managing desktop environments across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
    Office 365, Azure, and

    Active Directory:
    Direct experience working with and managing Office 365 applications, Azure services, and Active Directory.

    Infrastructure Deployment and Support:
    Scripting/Coding: Strong background in scripting and coding languages such as Python, Ansible, Java, PowerShell, etc.

    Networking Familiarity:
    Knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and other networking fundamentals.
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field.
    ~3-4 years of experience in IT infrastructure support or related roles.
    ~ CCNA, MCSA, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator) are additionally preferred.


    Service Development and Operations:
    Proven skills in developing, delivering, and operating IT services.

    Backup Systems Experience:
    Familiarity with backup systems for both virtual and physical infrastructure.

    Networking Background:
    Strong understanding and established experience in networking principles.

    Virtual Server Administration:
    Proficiency in administering and configuring virtual servers.

    Comprehensive Troubleshooting:
    Ability to troubleshoot networking issues, workstation problems, and other technical challenges.
