You will initially take ownership of the paid media accounts from the agency but drawing on your experience you will develop and execute paid search campaigns, choosing appropriate platforms where the most growth and results can be generated.
You will be data-driven, and obsessed with results. You'll be innovative, and confident testing and analysing where wins can be made. You'll be creative with your campaigns, driving qualified traffic to the site to convert into enquiries.You'll be confident across paid search and social platforms, embracing new industry trends and leading initiatives of what is next, and will produce the best performance results.
It's important you can drill down to the details but also elevate to the big picture and provide commercial insight.
Demonstrable track record of success in creating and executing Paid Media strategies and campaigns (Google, Microsoft and Meta)Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook Ads), TikTok etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and communicate campaign performance effectively.
