    Sales and Marketing Engineer (Manufacturing)

    £30,000 - £40,000 + Progression + Flexible Working Hours + Car Allowance + Professional Benefits Package

    Coventry (Commutable from: Birmingham, Leicester, Northampton, Derby)

    Are you an Engineering graduate with Sales / Commercial experience or similar looking for full training and development to be a Technical Specialist within an International Engineering Powerhouse known for their training and tailored progression pathways?

    This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Engineer looking to step up and represent an industry leader in Engineering and Pipework. You'll be responsible for industrial products, ensuring plastic piping products are not only profitable but also align with the latest market demands and technological advancements.

    You will be instrumental in managing and directing all phases of product strategy, from concept through development, market introduction, and maturity. Engage in comprehensive market and competitive analysis to keep products at the forefront of the industry. Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide essential support and expertise, enhancing our market reach and impact.

    In this role, you will receive full training on product specifics and manage product lines, coordinate new product development, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Your efforts will directly contribute to maintaining the company's market-leading position by fostering innovation and driving strategic product decisions.

    The ideal candidate will be an engineering graduate with a strong technical background in technical sales or product management.

    The Role:
    • Full training on Specialist Pipework Products
    • Strategic oversight of product development and management.
    • Direct involvement in market analysis and competitive benchmarking.
    • Close collaboration with internal teams and key stakeholders to drive product success.
    • Leadership in product strategy and execution.
    The Person:
    • Engineering graduate looking for a Technical Specialist role (off the tools)
    • Experience in Technical Sales / Product management or similar
    • Strong analytical and project management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
