    Accounts/Admin Assistant | Bridgnorth, Shropshire | Office Based | Full Time | Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with a 30-minute lunch break | c. £23,000 per annum

    Do you have what it takes for this role?

    • Proficiency in Sage accounts and Excel is a must
    • Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
    • Adaptability to changing priorities and work requirements

    What will be your main responsibilities?

    • Sage Accounts Management: Handling various accounting tasks like entering purchase and sales invoices, reconciling bank statements, managing VAT, and updating journal entries
    • Excel Expertise: Using Excel for updating parts lists, databases, and other key documents
    • Logistics Coordination: Organizing collections and deliveries for a smooth workflow
    • International Documentation: Managing export and import documents, ensuring compliance with regulations
    • Supplier Relations: Placing orders with reliable suppliers and maintaining strong partnerships
    • Customer Communication: Handling phone calls, addressing inquiries, and maintaining relationships with customers
    • Client Relationship Management: Engaging with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
    • General Office Support: Assisting with various administrative tasks related to the above responsibilities
