    Description

    We are working with a leading international law firm to hire a Compliance Administrator to join their team in London and work to support its compliance function.

    This is a fantastic opportunity to assist the wider compliance team, as well as fee earners at all levels, with the firm's client and matter opening process, ensuring that all necessary compliance checks are completedThe key duties of this role include:

    Liaising with fee earners worldwide to obtain outstanding information from clients and/or third partiesDealing with queries, including requests for reopening files and background/company checks.

    Maintaining information barriersAdministrative tasks regarding office opening/closing Maintaining registers including data protection, PEPs and Enhanced risk mattersProviding assistance with Compliance projectsUpdating information in the finance systemCompleting ad hoc research tasks To apply for this role you should have some or all of the following competencies:
