    My client is a leading international law firm headquartered in London, recently recognised for their performance and innovative approaches over the past year, they are now looking to recruit a commercial & pragmatic Graduate Recruitment, Development and Diversity & Inclusion Manager on a permanent basis.

    The Graduate Recruitment, Development and D&I Manager will manage the Future Talent and Diversity & Inclusion function for the firm and also have strong exposure to the senior stakeholders within the business.

    Responsible for the approach of the future talent (trainee solicitors, apprentices, work placement students/interns, scholars), including marketing materials (website, social media and our presence at universities and events on campus)

    Designing and implementing a modern and slick approach, taking into consideration candidate experience, partner time and in line with the firm's diversity and inclusion aims.

    Managing the future talent recruitment cycle (from screening applications and interviewing to overseeing and participating in the assessment centres, placement schemes and open days)
    Overseeing the future talent diversity partnerships.
    As well as taking a lead for trainee international secondment opportunities to international offices.

    Building and maintaining strong and trusted relationships with future talents partners, key stakeholders in the business and the HR and Learning & Development team across networks.

    Managing the future talent team and providing support, coaching and training ensuring consistent high-quality standards are maintained and to share best practice.

    Leading on a number of projects and contribute to others.

    The Graduate Recruitment, Development and D&I Manager will ideally have experience in a similar role within another law firm or professional services environment.

    Senior stakeholder engagement skills are essential for this role as well as previous people management experience. The successful candidate will be calm, confident and credible with a good understanding of commercial drivers.
