    Description

    Are you ready to take on a dynamic role that combines team management, engineering, and customer interaction in the fast-paced world of investment operations? We're looking for a talented individual to join us as Investment Operations Delivery Lead.

    If you have a background in Transfers, Trading, or Payments and thrive in a high-speed environment, we want to hear from you


    Key Responsibilities:

    Team Management:

    Lead and inspire a team of operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success and development.


    Programme Management:

    Take charge of managing a programme of work, overseeing multiple clients being onboarded in the coming months, and ensuring successful delivery within tight deadlines.


    Daily Operations:
    Run daily stand-up meetings, facilitate discussions, and assist the team in resolving operational issues and escalations effectively.

    Customer Interaction:
    Collaborate closely with customers, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback to ensure exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.


    Key Requirements:

    Experience:

    A background in Transfers, Trading, or Payments within the investment operations space, with a solid understanding of industry practices and processes.


    Leadership Skills:

    Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.


    Programme Management:

    Strong programme management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.


    Customer Focus:

    A passion for delivering outstanding customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.


    Analytical Thinking:

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to drive operational efficiency and excellence.
