Championing our core values, you willplay an integral part of the continued growth and expansion of thebrand, whilst partnering with your store manager to lead anddevelop your team, with growth always at theforefront.

    WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOKLIKE?

    • Partner with yourStore Manager to lead by example on the shop floor, ensuring theteam delivers exceptional customer experience integrating our 3experiential retail pillars: Community & Connection,Memorable Moments, and Inspiration & Innovative.
    • Drive continuous elevation to our overall customerexperience to ensure the customer is at the heart of alldecisions
    • Build brand loyalty by promoting ourCRM scheme, hosting events, and engaging with your localcommunity
    Inspirational ReverseLeadership
    • Partner withyour Store Manager to provide the support, mentorship, coaching andguidance that the team need to truly flourish and grow in theirroles
    • Adopt a reverse leadership approach inpartnership with your Store Manager to inspire continuous growth toyour team through training, coaching, and frequent reviews in orderto cultivate high-performing and truly engaged teams
    • A clear and confident communicator, you're comfortablewith delivering feedback on the shop floor, observing &delivering in the moment
    Cross-functionalcollaboration
    • Partneringwith your Store Manager to drive a commercially strong store, youwill lead the way in ensuring strong numbers are achieved throughinventory management, VM, store layouts and experientialretail
    • Ensure efficient and effectiveoperational processes in your store to enhance productivity andcustomer satisfaction
