    Green Goat Storage is a London-based self-storage business that prioritises user experience, technology, and design. Our 30,000 sqft facility, conveniently located near Putney Bridge Underground Station, offers a range of storage options, workspaces, EV car charging, specialist bike lockers, and van hire. Our seamless mobile app controls the entire process, from booking to access, security, and monitoring. Our focus is on providing smart, secure, and simple storage solutions.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager at Green Goat Storage in London. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, including managing customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, effective communication with customers and staff, ensuring store security, and working with head office to deliver a successful storage facility.

    Qualifications

    • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
    • Experience in Self Storage Management or a similar role
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to work well in a team and independently
    • Self-confidence to reach out to local community groups and businesses.
    • Experience in the storage or retail industry is a plus
    • Drivers Licence and willingness to drive when required.
