    Main Responsibilities:
    • Confidently guide customers through their insurance policies
    • Create stress-free experiences for customers, resolving their concerns
    • Assist in creating new claims and ensuring customer needs are met
    • Handle inquiries from brokers and partners to ensure progress
    • Process claims accurately and efficiently
    • Manage challenging calls with professionalism
    • Identify potential fraud indicators
    • Provide outstanding customer service at all times

    Skills and Experience Required:
    Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory. We value attitude and potential over experience. You should have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resilience in tough situations, excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset.
