    Building Services Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical)

    43,000 - Mon- Fri. full time, permanent, overtime & benefits

    Building Services Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical)


    • One of the largest Facilities Management & Technical Services provider.
    • This Role will be doing Mechanical Bias Building Services on a large commercial client facing site in Central London
    Your new role as a Building Services Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical)


    • You will be working Monday - Friday, 40 hour week, across a corporate, client facing site in Central London
    • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance duties. You will be working with a range of building service appliances.
    • HVAC, AHU's, FCU's filter changes, pumps, belts, motors, water hygiene, basic plumbing, temp checks, flushing, minor repairs, fault finding, and any other general building service maintenance duties.
    Building Services Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical)


    • The ideal candidate will hold building services mechanical, plumbing, or HVAC qualifications
    • Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is essential.
    • Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
