    Job Description

    Pearse Partners are growing and we're looking for highly motivated Associate Consultants and Consultants to join the team. We have opportunity across our M&A, PE and ESG teams

    Over the past 6 years we've built Pearse Partners into Leaders within Front Office Financial Services with teams covering Investment Banking (M&A), Private Equity, Credit, Investor Relations & Fundraising and ESG.

    We have ambitious growth plans and this is a great opportunity to further develop your recruitment experience within a front office role, or pivot your sales career into a recruitment role.

    Responsibilities:

    • Actively source and qualify candidates relevant to your sector i.e PE, M&A, ESG
    • Market map for live and upcoming roles
    • Work with senior members of the team on the full job life cycle, from initial briefing call to salary negotiation
    • Attend meetings with both candidates and clients building long lasting relationships
    • Work closely with the marketing team to help produce salary survey, credentials, white papers and other marketing material
    • Take advantage of ongoing training and development to become an expert in your sector

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or further education
    • 6+ months experience in a recruitment or sales role with proven ability to hit targets
    • Proactive and Organised
    • Confident phone manner with excellent written and verbal communication
    • Personable with the ability to build relationships internally and externally
