    Description
    Goaco is looking to build a team to continue solving problems using software and technology for our clients.

    Formed over a decade ago, we have built on our successes, all of whom have benefitted from their level-headed software solutions.

    The team is all like-minded individuals, with a drive to succeed in their own fields.


    Talent Acquisition:
    Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

    Source, identify, and engage with top-tier technical talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry associations.


    Client and Account Management:
    ~360 recruitment process – Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their strategic hiring needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.
    ~ Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling additional services, and driving business growth within current client accounts.
    ~ Actively pursue new client partnerships through strategic outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
    Stay informed about industry trends, talent market dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform recruitment strategies.
    Contribute insights to hiring managers regarding market trends and competitor analysis.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, hiring managers, and department heads, to ensure alignment on recruitment goals and strategies.

    Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and solutions.
    Strong sourcing and networking skills.
    Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
