Commercial Property Legal Director – Kent/Hybrid – Top 200 firmSalary:
£150k - £250k
A prestigious Top 200 client, known for its excellence in legal services across various practice areas, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Director specialising in Commercial Property to join their dynamic team.
As a Legal Director, you will play a key role in providing strategic legal advice and guidance to their clients on a wide range of commercial property matters.
Responsibilities:
Provide expert legal advice and support on commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and developments.
Lead and manage a team of lawyers and support staff within the commercial property department.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional client service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Stay abreast of legal developments and industry trends within commercial property law, providing proactive advice and guidance to clients and colleagues.
Collaborate with other practice areas within the firm to provide integrated legal solutions to clients.Requirements:
Qualified solicitor with substantial experience (ideally 8+ years) specializing in commercial property law.
Proven track record of handling complex commercial property transactions from inception to completion.
Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and developing a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Commercial acumen and a strategic mindset, with the ability to provide practical and commercially focused legal advice.
Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent.
