    Role Overview

    An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Manager, Systems & Technology to manage the Finance, HR and ERP systems for our group of companies.

    This role will have responsibility at both a group and operating company level in a rapidly growing house of brands.

    Reporting to the Group CFO, the successful candidate will have responsibility for establishing the internal information technology roadmap, processes for business applications and creating stability for group wide systems.

    You will work with key stakeholders and application end users to help them resolve, co-ordinate, triage, communicate and implement effective operations across the landscape.

    This is a highly entrepreneurial environment, and you will need to demonstrate you are a self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast moving environment.

    Key Skills

    • At least 3-5 years' proven experience in a similar operational management role incorporating multiple IT systems.
    • Deep understanding and experience with enterprise architecture such as CRM, ATS, Finance, HR, and Marketing systems.
    • Operational experience of HR, Finance and ERP and integrations, as well as that of managing multiple environments and release cycles across business functions/domains.
    • Demonstrate strong communication skills - managing expectations and communicating with key users in relation to upgrades, service availability and uptime expectations. Experience of managing multiple 3rd party vendors.
    • Knowledge of Sage, PeopleHR, Loxo, CRM, Mercury advantageous
