- Identifying and establishing new customer accounts, and recognise cross selling opportunities
- Account managing existing customers, whilst contributing to new business (B2B)
- Consulting with customers, selling and supporting products and services
- Point of contact for all quote requests from the customer, seeking solutions
- Support external sales in managing account administration
- Provide an outstanding level of customer service, and building lasting client relationships
- Previous sales or account management experience is essential
- A passion to start a career in tech sales
- Strong communication skills
- Must be enthusiastic and motivated to learn about technical products and services
- Experience working to targets and overcoming objections
- Proactive nature
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent customer service experience
