- Using your own transport to move between sites.
- Communicating with clients, residents, internal staff, and subcontractors to uphold high service standards.
- Visiting residents at their homes to understand their unique situations and create household profiles to support improvement works with minimal disruption.
- Identifying residents with special needs that require customized procedures (e.g., disabilities, frailty).
- Being the initial contact for residents facing challenges during home improvement works.
- Contacting residents before works start to arrange access and ensure they are informed about the schedule and workers details.
- Maintaining excellent customer care with residents affected by ongoing works. Keeping them informed, providing advice, and solving any arising issues.
- Investigating and helping resolve any stage one complaints from residents related to the works. Escalating issues to the Customer Services Manager if needed.
- Providing residents with and explaining their Resident Information packs in readiness for works.
- Coordinating and executing support plans resulting from specific impact assessments.
- Ensuring residents are trained in health and safety during works.
- Providing communications in languages other than English if necessary.
- Aiding in collecting customer satisfaction statistics as requested.
- Maintaining regular communication with residents before, during, and after improvement works via various channels.
- Adhering to all customer service policies and procedures.
- Handle record-keeping and administrative tasks.

Description
We are seeking Resident Liaison Officers to join our construction client on a temporary to permanent basis.
Your role will mainly be in the Manchester area (Blackley/New Moston), split between 2/3 sites each week. You will act as the middle person between tenants and landlords, overseeing different residential projects. Having your own vehicle and a valid UK Driving Licence is a must.
Your responsibilities as a Resident Liaison Officer include:Benefits of being a Resident Liaison Officer:
Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
40 hours per week
Rate of pay: £12.50 per hour
Candidates with backgrounds in customer-focused roles like hospitality, retail, or customer service will be considered for this position.
