    PA to the Principal - United Kingdom - The Priory Learning Trust

    TPLTSS7 £28,880 - £31,259 (actual salary)

    The overarching purpose of this role is to provide a high-level of support to the Principal, the SLT and school staff in a positive and proactive way demonstrating a high level of initiative, competence and confidentiality across a broad range of activities. The successful candidate must be able to work to a highly professional and organised standard.

    The role is a busy one; we need an individual who can turn their hand to all requirements, and who can be flexible with day-to-day duties. As the Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing the Principal's schedule, communications, and administrative tasks, ensuring their time is optimised to focus on the strategic priorities of the school.

    The PA provides a high calibre, confidential and personal service to support the Principal in all aspects of their duties.

    As part of this role, you will;

    • Support the Principal in the day to day running of the school.
    • To deal with members of the local community and resolve any matter in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Prepare letters, reports, communications and papers as needed.

    The successful candidate will;

    • Be able to work unsupervised, methodically and have excellent organisational skills.
    • Have experience of working within strict confidentiality and GDPR requirements.
    • Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Have experience of working with the general public, students, parents and stakeholders.

    This role involves working with children on a daily basis and is therefore in regulated activity.
