The role

We are seeking a passionate Marketing Manager to join our scaling tech SAAS business in the short-term rentals industry vertical. An interest in the industry is required but no prior knowledge necessary.

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the creation and implementation of Minut's marketing campaigns, from planning and budgeting to execution and evaluation. This is a hands-on role and you will have responsibility for the day to day implementation of the marketing and communications plan - you therefore must have experience of having successfully delivered marketing programmes to agreed targets and with significant results. You will be autonomous with an entrepreneurial spirit and not afraid to get your hands dirty

Experience across a variety of marketing channels is essential. Whilst short term rental will be an early focus the business is fast advancing into additional hospitality and accommodation verticals.

Minut is a truly global business with target markets spread internationally - whilst no diverse language skills are required - experience working across international cultures will be of great benefit. Enabling our sales team will also form a core component as we look to further advance both our inbound and outbound content strategy.

What you'll do

Plan and execute multi-channel marketing activities to attract, nurture and convert ecommerce prospects against a monthly/quarterly revenue target.
Plan and execute upsell and cross sell campaigns to increase revenue from existing customers against a monthly/quarterly target.
Utilize data-driven insights to assess the performance of marketing campaigns, conduct A/B testing, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Regularly report on key performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement and increased ROI.
Produce and post regular, high quality content across a range of channels. Also, actively engaging in industry related content.
Manage posts and replies across organic social media channels to enhance audience engagement and build an active community.
Manage and activate campaigns with partners and ambassadors.
Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to review and optimize marketing touch points, channels and customer journeys.
Evaluate and suggest new opportunities and approaches to reach wider audiences.
Track competitor activity to keep abreast of their marketing and services offering.

What you bring

3-5 years' experience working in a similar role.
A proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns against revenue targets.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft engaging stories that connect with our audiences.
Impeccable attention to detail.
Strong time management skills and a hands-on attitude.
A high level of creativity and innovation, with an eye for brand building.
The ability to work autonomously, in a fast-paced environment.
An understanding of the short term rental space, as well as the hospitality industry and its challenges would be great to have.
