The integrated B2C marketing team builds brand awareness, consideration, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience for fastest growing marketplace in the U.K - Tik Tok Shop. B2C marketing's key role is to ensure that more consumers in the U.K. start shopping on our app through strategic and impactful digital communications that aim to remove/reduce existing barrier of consideration. We run consumer facing day to day (organic and paid) digital communications as well as working alongside various functions across the business (e.g. campaigns/creators/shoptab/categories etc.) we provide support during their key activity moments (new brand launches, platform sale campaigns etc.).
Marketing team's contributions are essential to Tik Tok Shop's success in the U.K.
We are seeking creative and strategic, hands on and result oriented Marketing and Partnership Manager (B2C) who will report into B2C Marketing and Brand Lead to be responsible for execution of day-to-day marketing strategy and calendar; develop and execute engaging and compelling (in-app) campaigns that showcase our unique proposition and eco-system (e.g. creators and brands); create partnership opportunities for shoppable content across relevant key cultural moments in the U.K. (e.g. Fashion week etc.) as well as work with our amazing merhcants/sellers/brands to increase awareness and engagement of their products to our shoppers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Marketing activations and calendar:
- Responsible for day-to-day execution of marketing strategy and calendar across 2C vertical
- Responsible for consistent consumer messaging across all key (owned) channels: CRM/Email, Social media, PR
2. 2C Brand Campaigns:
- Closely working with other functions/departments (Creators and Categories), responsible for creative development and execution of 2C campaigns that showcase our unique eco-system proposition (creators and sellers/brands) and build trust and credibility (within app)
3. Partnerships:
- Responsible for securing partnership opportunities for shoppable content within key cultural moments in the U.K. (e.g. Fashion week; Festivals etc.) that serves both awareness and trust/credibility building
4. Integration & Support:
- Closely working with other functions/departments (Campaigns, Shoptab etc.), project manage marketing support across their key trading periods (e.g. Summer Sales, Black Friday etc.)
- Closely working with Category and Strategy teams, develop compelling marketing partnership proposals and activations for our merchants (e.g. Suggest integrated opportunities across all owned channels, joint pop-ups etc.)
- Support on execution of full-funnel in-app advertising campaigns when and if required
5. Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor campaign performance and report on results, provide learnings, insights and case studies for future activations
Qualifications
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience within e-commerce / marketplace / online businesses in consumer marketing role
- Experience developing and executing creative cross-channel campaigns that grow brands and businesses, change and influence consumer behaviour
- Ability to work across various functions/departments and manage multiple stakeholders
- Very organized with strong project management skills and result driven, able to perform at a fast pace and rapidly growing business

- Proactive go getter with energy and positive attitude who can adapt and work within constraints
- Analytical and able to report on various marketing metrics
