    Snr Legal Counsel - UK Qualified Solicitor with In-House Experience6 Month Contract (Day Rate or FTC)

    ASAPYou must be eligible to work in the UK without the need for SponsorshipWe are looking for someone who is UK Qualified a minimum of 8 years PQE and In-house Experience handling Contracts around Marketing, Media and IP.The Marketing Media and IP Legal team provides end-to-end legal support to the Commercial and Marketing teams in a fast-paced and fun environment.

    This role will support the Marketing, Trades, Sponsorships, Events, Media Agencies Legal Contract Management.
    The role will focus on
    • Contractual support, Marketing Agency Agreements, Customer Legal Advise, Trading and Advertisements Contracts, Marketing and IP advise and contracts, Sponsorship Agreements.

    Lawyer qualified in the UK or England and Wales QualifiedMinimum 8 years+ PQE Varied legal experience in technology and commercial contractingAbility to influence and persuade key stakeholders, shareholder representatives and senior counterpartiesAbility to manage workload and priorities as part of a team;
