    About the team

    Our IT Service Management team is in need of a dynamic and driven individual to join us. As a member of our ITSM team, you will be responsible for enhancing the delivery of IT services to our users. You will collaborate with various teams throughout the organization to ensure that the services in the catalog are suitable, user-friendly, and operate efficiently.

    What you will be doing

    We are looking for a meticulous and skilled Catalog and Request Manager to join our team within the ITSM function. This role involves managing and enhancing the service catalog and request management processes within our organization using the ServiceNow platform.

    • Develop and maintain the service catalog, defining and categorizing services offered by the organization
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their service needs and request fulfillment requirements
    • Utilize the ServiceNow platform to design and automate request management workflows for efficient fulfillment
    • Monitor, track, and report request statuses and metrics to ensure SLAs are met
    • Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of catalog and request management processes, identifying areas for improvement
    • Provide training and support to employees on effective use of the service catalog and request management system

    What you bring

    • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and gain support for ITSM processes
    • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
    • Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
    • Proficiency in the ServiceNow platform, with experience in designing and implementing workflows

    Added bonus if you have

    • Certification in ITIL v3/4
    • Certification in ServiceNow
