    Where? Join our Billing Team

    The Senior Billing Specialist role will be responsible for:

    • Providing support to ensure the monthly bill run is generated accurately & in a timely manner
    • Proactively providing advice on changes to increase the accuracy of every bill run
    • Reviewing & amending pricing for customers where required
    • Ensuring central spreadsheets & databases are maintained correctly for ongoing effectiveness and accuracy
    • Checking billed data against customer orders & manually bill non-automated billed services
    • Dealing with customer billing enquiries and closing accounts
    • Liaising with other depts to ensure and improve accuracy of billing
    • Checking supplier invoices tally with data received & raising supplier claims
    • Working with your line manager to improve on mistakes, identify ways to improve processes and drive forward efficiencies
    • Provide Sensitive Customer Point of Contact
    • Crown Commercial Reporting
    • Complex Billing queries

    Salary c£40k DOE

    25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays

    Hybrid opportunity (3 days a week in Reigate office)

    Who? are we looking for?

    We are seeking a Senior Billing Specialist with:

    • At least 2 years' experience in a Telecoms Billing role
    • Proven track record of being able to provide deep dive analysis with the ability to produce and provide client bespoke reports specifically when dealing with invoice queries
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience using the aBILLity billing system or AKJ
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
    • A pro-active attitude with the ability to build excellent relationships with customers
    • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to work autonomously within strict parameters or as part of a team with common goals
    • IT Microsoft office proficiency
    • Exposure to databases
    • At least 5 GCSE's including Maths and English
