    We are looking for a Commercial Manager to join our Infrastructure team on the M42 in Birmingham.

    What you'll do:
    • Understand business core objectives.
    • Create / maintain networking opportunities.
    • Understand current and future market conditions.
    • Set a commercial strategy that sets challenging financial targets that achieve the best-case gross project margin. (Outperform Targets). Be able to articulate how these targets have been assessed and how they can be achieved.
    • Set strategy for overcoming issues and implement.
    • Understand the impact of variations on critical path.
    What you'll bring to the role:
    • Experience working on large projects £200m+.
    • Good working knowledge of contract/commercial law
    • Experience with NEC forms of contract.
    • MRICS or CICES desirable
    • Degree or equivalent in commercial related subject
