    Internal Sales Executive

    Permanent; Full-Time

    Are you technically minded with a keen interest in Sales? Do you enjoy administration and working in a dynamic environment? If so the Internal Sales Executive role at Tricel may be just what you are looking for.

    The role will carry out a range of tasks including the interpretation of tender information to provide project quotations.

    Sales administration tasks to support the team with the overall aim of driving sales.
    Managing order processing from checking stock levels, data entry, through to processing and customer follow up.
    phone, email, webchat web form.

    Extracting the true brief to address the customer needs providing technical and commercial advice directly and/or referring calls to the appropriate manager.

    Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; working with Quality to select the best solution to solve the problem; Contributing to individual, team and department sales objectives
    Accurately maintain and update CRM system as required.
    Following up on customer quotations to establish the status of the project and updating the CRM system.
    Making lapsed and prospect calls to proactively obtain business based on the sales operating system.
    Ad hoc Office Administration as required by the business.
    Support other members of the Sales Team.
    1-2 years' experience in a Sales / Administration.
    ~ Hands on experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
    ~ Resilience with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and standard of work.
    ~ Flexible and proactive attitude
    ~ Monday-Thursday 8:30-5pm, Friday 8:30-4pm

    The company has grown domestically and internationally by manufacturing locally, exporting, partnering with local distributors, and acquiring companies that enhance its product capabilities and geographical reach.
