    Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world's money. As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money.

    The role is a unique opportunity to join a team who have done some pretty awesome stuff to date, including working closely with social media platforms to pilot new measurement and optimisation techniques, delivering best-in-class creative and building bespoke tools to manage and analyse data.

    Your mission is to help us ensure that every Social Media user who has a need to send, receive, spend or hold money in another currency knows and trusts Wise.

    Building and optimising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Reddit. Analysing what's working and what isn't, and continually testing new ideas.

    Owning the Paid Social activity in the APAC region, validating new opportunities to drive incremental growth and working closely with cross-functional teams to make it happen, whilst ensuring performance meets sustainability goals.

    Working closely with our creative teams to produce best-in-class creative to get our story across, educate people on hidden fees, and present Wise as the clear solution.

    Working closely with analysts on spotting data issues, testing and validating assumptions, and assessing data sets for actionable insights.

    Team player with a drive to help other people.
    A head for numbers, and the ability to spot problems and draw conclusions from data.
    High-level experience running ads on Facebook and TikTok.
    Mid-level experience running ads on Reddit, LinkedIn or any other social media marketing platform.
    Working in a fast-paced digital business.
    Fluent/native in an Asian language is a plus.
