Leading and managing the teams that onboard new customers, manage client relationships, and maintain profitable partnerships.You will also monitor the performance of commercial activities using key metrics and manage contractual relationships with customers and partners alike.
Leading a team of Key Account Coordinators, the Quoting and Invoicing Team. Define and manage the customer service journey all customers should experience, ensuring we provide the highest quality customer experience for all customers and partnersCreate and manage service level agreements (SLA) for all contracted customers. Monitor and measure the team's performance against agreed SLA measures
Manage and maintain customer relationships, ensuring any customer issue is dealt within agreed SLAs and in a professional and timely manner
To review and set the pricing for the Companies service proposition annually including repair, maintenance and storage
To lead, direct and develop the customer service, marketing and Quotes and Invoicing Team
Resolves and escalates any customer service issues with management or team members
Ensures all team members are given appropriate levels of training to be able to safely fulfil their job role, meet company and legal requirements
Ensuring that the all contracts, Quotes and Invoices follow all relevant legal and internal rules
Ensuring the necessary customer service procedures are followed consistently by all team members
Creating and reporting on the necessary metrics to ensure we provide the highest levels of customer service
You are likely to be educated to A Level or equivalent with relevant experience at a senior level in an Aviation MRO environment either in business-to-business sales or customer service.
Strong leadership skills with previous experience of people management responsibilities are essential.Your commercial focus and desire to put customer service at the heart of everything you do, along with your positive, passionate outlook and willingness to embrace change and innovation will set you apart.
