    Job Description At Signature Clinic we provide an exemplary standard of Patient care throughout our 5 sites in Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham, London and Cardiff.

    We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated IT Specialist to oversee and manage the complete IT infrastructure of our company across multiple locations.

    This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities from system and network administration, managing IT hardware and software, ensuring cybersecurity, to providing end-user support.

    The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, be capable of working independently, be adept at managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and be willing to travel to various branches or office locations to provide IT support as needed.


    We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated IT Specialist to oversee and manage the complete IT infrastructure of our company across multiple locations.

    This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities from system and network administration, managing IT hardware and software, ensuring cybersecurity, to providing end-user support.

    The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, be capable of working independently, be adept at managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and be willing to travel to various branches or office locations to provide IT support as needed.

    System and Network Administration

    o Install, configure, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and software applications.
    o Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
    o Manage network operations including connectivity problems, installing & maintaining routers, firewalls, and switches.

    Hardware and Software Management

    o Oversee the procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT hardware and software.
    o Ensure software licensing compliance and manage updates and upgrades.
    o Design and implementation of a new CRM system.

    Cybersecurity

    o Implement and manage security solutions to protect company data and infrastructure.
    o Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments, recommending and implementing improvement measures as needed.

    Technical Support and Training

    o Train staff on new technologies and IT best practices.

    Travel

    o Willingness to travel to various branches or office locations to provide IT support, manage IT infrastructure, and implement IT projects.


    Educational Background:
    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; CompTIA, CCNA) preferred.


    Professional Experience:

    Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, with expertise in systems, networks, and cybersecurity; prior solo IT role or small team leadership preferred.

    In-depth knowledge of computer systems and networks


    • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Microsoft Azure)
    • Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices
    • Willingness and ability to travel
