    Description


    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Coordinator in UK.Purpose of the RoleTo support members of the CPL UK Division Sales Team, in all areas of their commercial activities with any tasks related to business development and the sales growth of the division.

    Accountabilities & Responsibilities CommunicationDisplay excellent communication skills, both orally and in written format in emailsHandle internal enquiries via telephone & emailBe thorough and clear in all communicationPay great attention to detailGeneral DutiesSupport the Account Manager in all areas of their commercial activitiesHandle customer enquiries and requests via telephone/emailRaise sample requests and send samples to the customers or contract manufacturersWork closely with internal departments across different functionsWork closely with the Customer Service Dept during order processingOrganise presentations and quote lettersKeep customer records, pricing and requirements up-to-dateSupport the Account Manager with customer complaints – internally & externallyWork with Microsoft Office and Product Vision to manage projects and administrative tasksSupport the Account Manager organising and coordinating customer meetings.

    Support the Account Manager in managing Regulatory enquiries (documents, specific enquiries)Project ManagementEnter and follow-up on fragrance projects efficiently to ensure deadlines are metWork closely with the lab to organise submissions and samplesPrepare and ship submissions to customersPrepare and communicate quotations to customersPrepare submission presentationsConductAdhere to CPL policies and proceduresSupport other members of your teamSkills & Attributes RequiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsEnthusiastic and a team playerSkilled in solving problems fast and effectivelyCustomer focused, commercial mindsetBe thorough and clear in their communicationAble to work efficiently and effectively with attention to detail and qualityAble to prioritize workload without supervisionGood time managementHighly proficient in using Excel spreadsheets, making ppt presentationsSelf-motivated with ability to show initiativedisplay and demonstrate attitudes in line with the Company Valueshave a can-do attitude
