- Experience dealing with motor claims, including repair & total loss, third party intervention, subrogated recoveries & property damage.
- Experience in handling defendant credit hire claims, with an understanding of the GTA and non GTA processes.
- OR Experience of handling personal injury claims in the OIC & MOJ processes.
- Knowledge of motor caselaw linked to specific areas of experience (i.e. credit hire, PI, liability etc.)
- Knowledge and experience of small claims track motor claims litigation.
- Ability to handle claims from 'cradle to grave'.
- Attention to detail and the ability to provide quality interactions with stakeholders, clients and customers to the high standards required by our business.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload.
- Ability to work to monthly targets.
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Cert CII or CILA qualified.
- Knowledge of commercial/fleet motor lines of business and claims processes.
- You will be collaborative in your approach to claims but also able to work independently.
- You will judge your success by your outcomes.
- You will be proactive, ensuring that your interactions with policyholder add value.
- Every review of a file should result in it being a step closer to settlement.

The Role:
We are recruiting experienced motor claims technician dealing with motor claims including 3rd party and property damage.
This is an exciting opportunity that offers the right candidate flexibility with working location, a brilliant team ethos which upholds their core values and all while offering a fast-paced environment with multiple opportunities to further develop.
