    Salary:
    £26,000 - £30,000 based on experience + up to 6% discretionary bonus.

    As a Complaints Officer, your main responsibility will be to handle a range of complaints from start to finish, ensuring they are thoroughly investigated and resolved promptly, with empathy and in compliance with regulations.

    What you'll do


    • Represent the company, dealing with homeowners' simple complaints
    • Conduct detailed complaint investigations, collaborate with different teams to ensure positive outcomes, and communicate decisions professionally via written responses
    • Assist colleagues in handling more complex cases
    • Possess strong telephony skills to explain findings clearly while delivering top-notch customer service
    • Maintain accurate records and internal systems for auditing purposes
    The ideal candidate should have


    • Essential knowledge of FCA regulations
    • Previous experience with complaints in an office setting
    • Proficient in using computers
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
