- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Provide customers with quotations and product information.
- Negotiate the terms of sales agreements and close sales.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system.
- Experience in Sales or Account Management
- Experience working in an environment aligned to the technical aspects of this role such as freight or logistics
- Full clean driving license for use in the UK
- Experience with budgeting and sales forecasting.
- Proven track record of delivering Customer Service Excellence.
