    What you can expect to be doing:

    As the Engagement Officer, you will be the vital link connecting the community of Dorset with our comprehensive care services.

    Your role revolves around creating a space where the voices of the people of Dorset can be heard. By co-ordinating and facilitating insightful focus groups, you'll ensure that their perspectives and experiences become the driving force behind positive changes in our care services.

    Through various channels you'll collect valuable information, understanding the unique needs and aspirations of the community. Your insights will be the compass guiding us toward more effective and tailored service delivery.

    Your impact will extend beyond gathering information. As an influencer for positive change, you'll channel the collected insights into actionable strategies. Whether it's introducing innovative tech-driven solutions or proposing transformative approaches, you'll play a pivotal role in reshaping the way we deliver services. Through your initiatives, you'll inspire confidence and engagement, ensuring that the people of Dorset have a direct hand in shaping their community's well-being.
