    We are expanding a key area of our staffing business, providing an innovative solution to our clients. Building on recent success, we are growing our Project Services & Solutions (PS&S) team and seeking a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to help us support our growing client base. SThree Project Services & Solutions offers flexible delivery options to help clients optimize their project budgets and implement digital transformation portfolios efficiently.

    ** Please Note ** - This role is not for a Project Manager or an IT Service Delivery Manager position - We are seeking a "Recruitment Service Delivery Manager". We need someone familiar with the recruitment industry (SoW, MSP solutions). This is a strategic, high touch point, and process-driven role.

    Who You'll Work For

    As a Service Delivery Manager, your role will involve overseeing services for private and public sector clients within PS&S. You will ensure timely and quality delivery of services, manage risks, and work with experts to drive success.

    You will play a key role in growing our presence in your account portfolio, providing commercial insights, introducing services to clients, and collaborating with recruitment consultants to maximize success.

    Key Activities as Service Delivery Manager:

    • Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of PS&S services
    • Properly plan, deliver, and communicate projects/services through initiation to closure
    • Offer commercial insights for customer account growth
    • Produce and maintain reports on deliverables, milestones, SLAs, etc.
    • Act as a trusted SME partner for top service levels
    • Provide expertise for new commercial opportunities
    • Drive positive net growth per quarter in accounts
    • Maximize opportunities within all clients
    • Manage resources and project pipeline

    What You Need:

    • Proven track record in building customer relationships at all organization levels
    • Basic understanding of IT technology concepts is a plus
    • Experience in managing requirements to statement of work services
    • Strong background in Recruitment Consultancy
    • Experience in managing remote teams and locations
    • Financial awareness and budgetary control skills
