    In this Head of Finance role, you will:
    Oversee financial operations for both primary and secondary schools, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.
    Manage the preparation of management accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
    Take full responsibility for budgeting, including planning, monitoring, and reporting.
    Lead and mentor a team of eight finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
    Support strategic decision-making processes by providing financial insights and analysis to the CFO.

    Be a newly qualified accountant eager to grow and develop into a leadership position.

    Ideally, have experience in financial management within the education sector, though candidates from other sectors are strongly encouraged to apply.

    Potentially come from a multi-academy trust background in a Management Accountant or Finance Manager role, seeking to take on greater responsibilities.

    Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate will be required to go into the office five days a week.
