    Description
    This post is full time, 35 hours per week and is fixed term for two years. We are seeking an experienced and pro-active People Business Partner to join our People Advisory Support team. Working in close partnership with management and colleagues across the University, you will provide professional advice, support and expertise to a dedicated client-base and be an active and influential team player, contributing to the delivery of our strategic people priorities and our 'Being Westminster' Strategy.
    We're looking for a skilled People Business Partner with broad generalist HR experience in customer-focused settings.

    Qualified to MCIPD or equivalent level, you will have a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of current employment legislation, good practice and policy development, with demonstrable employee relations experience and practical application.

    As a trusted adviser, you will be a confident and effective communicator, embracing our values and fostering an inclusive and collaborative can-do approach, with diversity and inclusion at the heart of all our people practices.

    This opportunity has arisen to cover a colleague's two-year secondment period.
