    About the Ruby on Rails position:

    This company is looking for a seasoned Fullstack Developer and Ruby on Rails specialist to join their London office. In this role, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and enhancement of their systems, all while providing guidance to junior team members.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Architect, build, and refine the Ruby on Rails application
    • Participate in product strategy meetings
    • Create user-centric features with efficient code
    • Review code, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and support junior developers
    • Effectively manage your tasks and deliver features autonomously

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of programming experience
    • Strong problem-solving abilities with a good grasp of data structures and algorithms
    • Awareness of security and performance optimization
    • Familiarity with coding standards and best practices
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English

    Additional Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
    • Expertise in troubleshooting, system monitoring, and managing extensive infrastructures
    • Proficiency in Linux, command line, and scripting languages like Bash and Python

    Technology Stack:

    • Ruby, Rails, Sidekiq, VueJS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, AWS
    • MongoDB, Redis, NodeJS, PHP, Python
    • Version control with Git and GitHub
    • Monitoring tools such as NewRelic, Kibana, and Cloudwatch
    • CI/CD tools like CircleCI and GitHub Actions
    • Exciting tech innovations, big data, or AI applications
