    Credit Manager - Basingstoke (Hybrid) - £40000

    Our client, based in Basingstoke, is a leader in the IT sector, renowned for driving technological innovation and solutions.

    As a vital member of the AR Management Team, this role centres on overseeing the setup of accounts and managing critical credit limit discussions, ensuring the sales ledger's integrity while accommodating necessary commercial decisions.

    Lead the entire credit application process from initiation to credit limit determination with the Credit Control team's support.
    Manage the periodic renewal of accounts to maintain compliance and data accuracy.
    Serve as the primary contact for sales team inquiries about credit limits and new business opportunities.
    Assemble and present credit information for further approval from financial leadership.
    Facilitate compliance and process improvement through regular audits and approval oversight.

    The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in credit management and the capability to build robust relationships across various functional areas including Sales, Customer Service, and Finance.

    A proactive approach, strong negotiation skills, and risk management abilities are essential. You must possess keen analytical skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and excellent organisational capabilities.
