- To support, develop and deliver the hospitals specialty specific referral sales strategy for the Primary Care community (GPs, Practice Managers and Nurses, and all other relevant clinicians), other allied health professionals, corporate clients and local businesses.
- To assist in the development of new products and services.
- To promote the Nuffield Health brand consistently across all stakeholders, supporting the implementation of brand values and guidelines.
- To organise internal and /or external events / conferences / briefings etc. ensuring accurate and complete supporting documentation is produced in a timely and efficient manner.
- To provide formal account management to clients, ensuring all issues are addressed and resolved.
- Responsibility for the GP Learning Programme including planning & delivering educational sessions, with events held both.
- To build strong professional relationships with all stakeholders (members of the primary health care team, consumers, consultants and colleagues).
- Support & Develop a targeted growth referral strategy with revenue targets for selected specialties and consultants which incorporates key audiences such as primary care, physiotherapists, local businesses and other target audiences.
- Working with corporate clients and SMEs with Nuffield multi-disciplinary teams to build tailored packages and innovative solutions as part of the specialty growth strategy.
- A proven track record of Sales, Business Development/ GP Liaison in an NHS/ Private setting.
- Proven experience of presenting to groups – GP's, Consultants, businesses.
- Proven experience of designing, organising and delivering large scale 200+ delegate events Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- GCSE English and Maths or equivalent qualification.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent preferably in a business development /marketing related subject.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, enthusiastic, self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative without supervision.

At Nuffield Health Brighton Hospital, we work with leading medical Consultants to provide first-class treatments and high standards of care for the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of medical and surgical conditions using the latest facilities and technology. We take pride in delivering high standards of patient care to both private patients and the NHS. Our facilities include 44 purpose built en-suite rooms, three operating theatres and an endoscopy theatre. Other facilities include physiotherapy, health screening, diagnostics and a dental suite. We are located in Woodingdean, on the east side of Brighton with easy access by rail and road, including free parking.
