Description
The Role
The Marketing & Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving the marketing and business development support to the business, with a particular focus on the London market.
The role requires a self-driven, hands-on person that can work independently and make full use of the resources in the London team and the global marketing team. This will be an experienced Marketing and Business Development Executive who is organised and can deliver marketing outputs to deadlines.
An example of tasks would include: work with our Senior Marketing Executive to drive key initiatives in line with the Marketing strategy, work closely with the Partners and Associates in London to raise the profile of the business in the local and global market. The Marketing and Business Development Executive would also create content for our website, track and enter awards, identify speaking slots for industry events, plan and run global initiatives, organise, manage and host events.

The Skills
Experience in a marketing and/or business development role, you have also proven yourself in professional services and/or a consultancy environment and gained experience of working with marketing databases.
You have demonstrated your ability to think and work strategically and to co-ordinate and supervise the activities of others to achieve objectives. Crucially, you have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, a proven track-record of influencing senior stakeholders in an assertive but diplomatic manner.
A qualification in marketing and/or experience in the built environment sector would be advantageous.
This position will offer hybrid working.
