    Description

    This role of Customer Service Advisor in the FMCG industry provides the opportunity for an individual passionate about delivering superior customer service to apply their skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

    The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team, helping to ensure the smooth running of operations in Liverpool.

    Description
    Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
    Process customer orders and manage logistics to ensure timely delivery of products
    Maintain accurate customer records and update database as necessary
    Collaborate with various departments to resolve any customer-related issues
    Contribute to team efforts by achieving set targets and objectives
    Participate in regular team meetings and provide feedback on customer needs and preferences
    Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times
    Strive for continual improvement in customer service deliveryProfile

    A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
    A customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
    Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
    Knowledge of FMCG industry operations and customer service best practices
    Educational qualifications in Business Administration, Sales, or related fieldJob Offer
    A competitive salary range of £22,050 - £26,950 per annum
