- Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning tasks efficiently to ensure the local Housekeeping Service runs smoothly.
- Work closely with fellow Facilities Team Coordinators to maintain comprehensive communication and support.
- Assist in training, appraisal preparation, and evaluation of staff, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety requirements, conducting risk assessments and providing necessary training.
- Responsible for maintaining staffing levels, ordering consumables & operating various lines of external communications.
- Assist the Facilities Manager with monthly department analysis to enhance facilities service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths & English.
- Prior experience in public facilities or a related field preferred.
- Physically able to undertake lifting and manual handling tasks.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Willingness to undergo relevant training
