    About the position

    Join our Electronics Manufacturing team at our newly established facility in Brighton, where you will oversee all operations during the shift within the factory setting to ensure seamless operations focusing on quality, cost, and delivery – leading to the establishment of a world-class manufacturing facility.

    This presents an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in venturing into the manufacturing realm and are genuinely driven to inspire and guide a team to achieve their utmost potential.

    • Lead, motivate, and mentor staff while conducting staff appraisals and organizing PDPs and one-on-one meetings.
    • Provide team support through coaching and mentoring, ensuring team well-being across shifts remains a top priority.
    • Collaborate with senior operators to continuously evaluate knowledge gaps and training needs within the team for ongoing enhancement.
    • Work closely with Production Managers and Planners to plan and coordinate PCB assemblies' manufacturing efficiently to meet or surpass output targets and KPIs.
    • Offer feedback and necessary information to the following Production Team Leader during shift handover periods.
    • Coordinate with Manufacturing and Electronic Test Engineers to promptly address urgent issues causing manufacturing delays.
    • Conduct meetings at the shift's information board to ensure a common understanding of priorities and issues, working towards a shared plan.

    Important: Once trained, this role's hours will follow a weekly rotating shift schedule as outlined:

    Week 1 - Monday to Thursday 6:30 - 14:45, Friday 06:30 - 13:20

    Week 2 - Monday to Thursday :15pm, Friday :50
