    Job Description Application Support Owner | Media Business Apps & Excel Master | Cool Media Company


    My client is a world-leading independent production and distribution group that produces some of the most popular TV programmes in the world.


    They're looking for an Application Support Owner who will work directly with the Application Support Manager to ensure the smooth running of the media native applications, CRMs, and databases within the international division of our client's parent company.


    You will work in a fast-paced environment collaborating with sales, marketing, production, and every facet of the business in this global company whose fingerprints stretch as far as the US, Singapore, and Japan.


    You will need to bring your personality, problem-solving analytical mindset, and interpersonal skills to succeed in this role where you will be given the opportunity to grow professionally through 1-1 tutelage in a supportive environment that will invest time and resources into helping you better yourself professionally.

    Look after the internal CRM , working in a cross-functional matrix team.
    Step in and manage our clients' data through Excel , PowerApps , and Dynamics365 .
    Be an Excel superuser (x lookup / v lookup and unique identifiers)
    Have experience in CRM catalogue management .
    Have a good understanding and be comfortable in dealing with data.
    Work from home 3 days a week
