    Position Overview The Director, Business Operations , EMEA, is a highly visible and strategic role, serving as a trusted advisor and right-hand to the President.

    This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex projects and priorities.

    The Director, Business Operations will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across the EMEA region, and supporting the President in achieving the company's strategic goals.


    Responsibilities:
    Provide strategic advice and counsel to the president on critical issues and decisions.
    Drive the successful execution of critical projects and initiatives within the EMEA region.
    Develop and present options, scenarios, and recommendations based on data and insights.
    Anticipate potential challenges and opportunities, offering proactive solutions.
    Assist in developing and implementing long-term strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.
    Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and advisors, to achieve consensus and alignment on strategic initiatives.
    Prepare briefings, reports, and presentations for the president and senior leadership team.

    Work with the regional head of people and the learning & development team to foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture within the President's office.

    Job RequirementsPreferably 8-10 years of relevant experience in a senior executive support role or strategic advisory capacity.
    Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
    Proven project management skills and experience in leading cross-functional teams.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    Unwavering integrity, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost professionalism.
